One of my informal sharpness tests. If you can see the cross on top of St Georges, the better the cross the better the lens.

Well winter has finally arrived.  Last l month I went out on a cold day with the Argus C44R and Argoflex Seventy-five, the C44R did fine and the shutter on the Seventy-five started sticking.  Yesterday, I went out on another cold day with Konica Autoreflex TC and noticed the shutter sounded different (slower) and sure enough most of the images were over exposed.  I was trying several different lenses and it seemed to depend on which lens was mounted.  Since the camera has to stop down the lens before exposure I am guessing it was the lens causing the problem.  I may reshoot the test shots on a warmer day.
