We are having our kitchen renovated with new floor, cabinet, and countertops.  Since the old cabinets were still in good shape we decided to repurpose some of them by installing most of the upper cabinets in the garage and a couple of the lower ones in my darkroom.  In the below picture you can see the sink partly installed waiting on the faucet and plumbing.  Hopefully it will be finished in a week or two and I will be able to develop film again.  I switched over to color film for the time being.  Once the darkroom is setup, I plan to start looking for a enlarger, so, I can do wet printing.

The 2nd roll in the Argus C3 did not go as well as the first.  The back popped open twice with film in it ruining some of the negatives.  Apparently, if you squeeze it just right the back pops open without depressing the latch.

We went to Shenandoah National Park last weekend and stayed in a cabin.  It was foggy the first day, cold, sunny and very windy the next, and, warm and sunny the day we came home.  The cold front moved through leaving ice on the trees and a sunny clear sky that was perfect for mountain views, except the wind would practically knock you down.  The day we came home the usual haze had returned.

During the foggy weather one of the real limiting factors of the Argus C3’s slow lens became apparent.  F3.5 on a digital camera with a high ISO is no problem, with film rated at ASA 200, it is tripod time.  Problem is I hate, lugging around a tripod.  The Nikon N80 had pretty much the same problem.  I need to buy a fast lens for it.  I used the digital camera in the fog.

Here are two images from the Argus C3 merged in the computer.

Sounds a good trip; three days and different weather on each! If you can't sort the Argus you may have to resort to sticky tape to avoid any more disasters. Good luck with the home darkroom-I've had to stop developing temporarily because we've moved, though hopefully I can start using my enlargers soon!
