Contrary to what you might think, I shoot a little color film and a little digital. On a lark I bought a roll of Svema film ASA 125 C-41 process. It is made in Russia and is imported by the Film Photography Project filmphotographyproject.com/ in 2,000 ft rolls and spooled on to 24 roll cassettes for sale here filmphotographyproject.com/sto…
I am posting a few of the images I like the best here.
You can see the complete roll in approximate order taken here. rdungan.smugmug.com/CameraTest… I used a Nikon N80 with ASA set to 125. It was developed by CVS and scanned by me. There is very little correction from the scan in the images. No color tweaking. It had more dust spots than some Agfa Vista Plus I had developed at same time by CVS. First two images showed light leaks and last image was unusable. Total images from roll 25, so, I can’t complain about last image.
I also bought a roll of Svema FN64 a ASA 64 Black and white film and a roll of Tasma NK-2 ASA 100 black & white film. They sell them in 24 exposure rolls and 100ft rolls. I am thinking they might work good in some of my old cameras with slow shutter speeds. I plan to process them in caffenol and see if they are better than the ORWO UN54 I am currently using.

If it is made by them, rather than bought and repackaged a la modern Agfa, it's probably made in an old Agfa coating plant removed from Germany at the end of WW2. Certainly, the more pastel colour palette is reminiscent of older Agfa films. Sadly, it doesn't appear to be available in the UK.
